The problem
Scroll your company Slack for ten seconds.
One person's avatar is them at a wedding. One is a dog. One is the default gray silhouette they never got around to changing. One person has a real headshot and it quietly makes everyone else's look worse.
The usual fix is somebody's phone against a white wall on a Tuesday. It works until you put twelve of them in a grid and half are lit by a window and half aren't.
That's funny internally. It stops being funny on your About page, where the same photos are the first thing a client sees before they've read a single word about what you do.
The only fix is shooting everyone the same way on the same day.
What I actually do
Give me a conference room and I'll turn it into a studio.
I need about ten by ten feet and an outlet. A break room works. A corner of the open floor works. Please not a supply closet, I've been asked.

What about the person who starts in March?
This is the part nobody plans for. You shoot everyone in January, hire four people by summer, and by fall your team page is mismatched again.
So I do catch-up sessions. Same background, same light, same settings, saved from your original day. A new hire gets a photo that matches the people who were there before them, and your page stays consistent without reshooting everyone.
$250 plus the per-person rate. Most offices run one or two a year.
Your questions, answered
How much space do you need?
A spare conference room does it. Roughly ten by ten feet, and an outlet. I'll confirm the setup with you beforehand so there are no surprises on the day.
How long does each person take?
A few minutes once we're rolling. I'll send a schedule so people can come down in waves instead of your whole office standing in a hallway. A team of twenty usually wraps in a morning.
What if someone can't make it that day?
There's flex built into the schedule for stragglers. If someone misses entirely, I can do a short catch-up session later and match it to the rest, because the setup is documented and repeatable.
Half our team is remote. Does this still work?
Yes, and it's the most common version of this now. We shoot whoever's in the building on the day and handle the remote people either on a second date or at my space when they're in town. The look stays identical either way.
Will everyone's photo actually match?
That's the whole point. Same lighting, same background, same crop and head size for everyone. It's the reason to do one session instead of collecting whatever photos people happen to have.
How much retouching do you do?
Enough that everyone looks like themselves on a good day. Blemishes, stray hairs, uneven skin. I'm not reshaping anyone's face, and nobody will look airbrushed next to their coworkers.
