Detroit, MI · On-Site Team Headshots

Team headshots that look like they came from the same day.

Because they did. I bring the setup to your office, shoot everyone in the same light against the same background, and your team page stops looking like a group project.

The problem

Scroll your company Slack for ten seconds.

One person's avatar is them at a wedding. One is a dog. One is the default gray silhouette they never got around to changing. One person has a real headshot and it quietly makes everyone else's look worse.

That's funny internally. It stops being funny on your About page, where the same photos are the first thing a client sees before they've read a single word about what you do.

The only fix is shooting everyone the same way on the same day.

What I actually do

Give me a conference room and I'll turn it into a studio.

I need about ten by ten feet and an outlet. A break room works. A corner of the open floor works. Please not a supply closet, I've been asked.

Same light on everybody. One setup, tested before your first person sits down, unchanged all day. Skin tones stay even across forty people.

One background. Everyone gets the same backdrop. Rebrand next year and we reshoot, but on day one nobody's the odd one out.

Same crop, same head size. They line up in a grid on your site without your web person having to fix anything.

A few minutes each. I direct fast and keep the line moving. Twenty people usually wraps in a morning.

How it works

Nothing about the day is left to chance.

01 — Send me your headcount How many people, where you are, roughly when. I'll come back with a quote and a schedule so nobody's standing in a hallway waiting their turn.

02 — I set up before anyone shows I get there early and build the thing. By the time your first person walks in, it's tested and dialed.

03 — Your team rotates through A few minutes each. Most of them will tell you they hate having their photo taken. Most of them are wrong, they've just never been directed.

04 — Delivered in three business days Retouched and matched. Sized for your site, LinkedIn, and print.
